Time frame of receiving email confirmation

I've applied for the student discount exactly last week (22/4) and I have not received an email confirmation as of yet. It states on the website that I'll receive one within 3 days. What's the matter here?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
