Trouble Activating hulu

My Question or Issue

I can't activate my hulu for students. I'm trying to just make a new hulu account through spotify. Everytime I click the activate link on spotify, it takes me to the hulu option where you can pick either make account or link account, but if I click either option, I get an error message that says I have hit a snag. I tried opening an incognito window and this still happened.
