Trouble getting my card accepted for Student discount

Hi!

 

I wanted to upgrade my account to premium with the Student -50% offer but I can't register any of my 4 credit cards and I keep getting the same one message, though I tried cards from 3 different banks. 

 

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

 

Would love to upgrade and enjoy already! 😕

Hey there @VR29,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

In this case, we'd recommend giving it a try in an incognito or private window in your browser. 

 

If that doesn't help, please try the following suggestions:

  • Different device
  • Different network
  • Different payment method (for example, if you have PayPal, you can try paying with a credit card directly)
