Trouble updating Student Account

I recently attempted to login to my Hulu account, and it was gone. I discovered that I had not updated since Showtime had been added to the Student bundle, which I previously had. Every time I go to the page where you verify being a student, I put in all the info, it accepts my university, and then I hit verify. After I hit verify, it immeditaley takes me back to the previous page. Every time. I'm beginning to become quite frustrated, I'd just like to have my account back.
