Trying to get the student discount

I have a premium account currently but want to get the student discount. I got verified, but it won't let me upgrade the plan because of the current two-month free offer, since I had one month free at the beginning of my premium. I don't know how to get the discount even without the offer.

Just to confirm, have you completed all the steps by clicking on the "Get discount" button in the email you received from SheerID?

If so and it still doesn't work, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look at your account and further assist you with this.

Tengo un plan preimun pero quiero cambiarlo al universitario, cuando lo intento cambiar me dice que escoja el plan y al seleccionar el universitario se queda ahí y no cambia solo muestra las opciones de pago
