UNI DAYS PROBLEMS, college doesn't use 'UNI DAYS' so i'm not eligible for discount??

I am currently a student and i have tried to reach spotify a few times on this matter , on social media and other sorts , still cant get an answer or why i am any diffrent for people whos education uses "uni days" ???

doesnt seem right and simply by not responding i feel worse about the situation? 

not to mention i applyed through the student part and ended up paying 4 or 5 months of full price expecting it o be the student price? so theres that also to add to this case...

been using this company for years and would always recomend it untill all of theses problems arrised.
