So, I got the discount and paid for the first. I thought that the amount will get deducted in the next month but it didn't happen. Looks like I'm unable to subscribe and hence the reason auto renewal isn't happening! I have to manually topup up every month.
While on the subscription page, it always says "You selected: 1 month of Premium for Students". There is no option to change the same.
Any help/suggestions?

Hey there @Abhinavmaurya,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Based on the screenshots you sent, we believe you're located in India.
If this is the case, we can confirm that due to new banking regulations introduced in your region, our payment providers may be unable to process new recurring payments. We’re working on a fix as soon as we can, but it may take a while.
In the meantime, you can get Premium by either making a one-time payment or purchasing our annual subscription.
If you need help with anything else, just let us know.
Cheers!
Hey there @Abhinavmaurya,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
Currently, the option to pay on a recurring bases is available only if you pay by Credit/Debit card. In this case, we suggest that you give it a go choosing that option.
If you don't have one, you can choose the other options to pay for each month separately (UPI, Paytm).
Keep in mind that you can always check you subscription heading over to your Account page.
If you have any questions, just let us know.
Thanks for the reply!
Actually, I made the payment using credit card for the first month, but it didn't auto renew.
Hi there @Abhinavmaurya,
Thank you for your reply.
Can you try in an incognito/private window to see if the issue persist?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
Cheers!
Tried doing that but to no success.
I'm not even getting an option to subscribe or make the whole payment in one go. I'm only getting the option to pay on a monthly basis which is selected automatically or by default.
Hey @Abhinavmaurya,
Thanks for getting back to us 🙂
Could you try on another device to check if anything changes?
In case nothing changes, it's also a good idea to try with another network.
