Unable to find activate Hulu on Premium for Students

My Question or Issue

I can't find the button on Account Overview to activate Hulu that everyone keeps telling me should be there. I've cleared my history, logged in in incognito mode and even changed browsers. Yet nothing has brought it up. Please help.
