Unable to reactivate Hulu

My Question or Issue

I have already activated my Hulu account to connect with my Spotify a while ago. However, I was suddenly logged out of Hulu and can no longer activated the account from Spotify. Hulu required me to sign up for a plan to continue watching. Please help!

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community and welcome!

Keep in mind that the discount is active for 12 months on your account. If 12 months had elapsed, your Spotify account will revert to Spotify Premium for $9.99 / month, and you will no longer have access to Hulu or SHOWTIME through your Spotify subscription. This could explain what happened here.

If that's the case, all you need to do to is reapply for the Student discount here (provided you're still eligible). Once you've applied the discount on your account again, you can follow the steps here to activate Hulu.

However, if it hasn't been 12 months since you applied the discount on your account, we'd recommend waiting 24 hours before giving it another try. If the issue persists after that, it'd be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you see. Just make sure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed when posting in the Community.
