Unable to subscribe to Spotify student plan

I was trying to subscribe to Spotify Student plan and I entered my details then it keeps saying that the offer has already been redeemed and I know for a fact that it has not. I am currently just using the free version of Spotify and I wanted to upgrade to student plan.
