still charged as full price when I have registered the student premium plan

still charged as full price when I have registered the student premium plan

I went to the student discount reg page again and it said I have already redeemed my plan.

But I still get charged full price. Any help?

email has been confirmed, ID photo has been sent and they say I should be charged in student premium price.

but nope, it's been a month and nothing change. that is my first time register.

 

I'm in Hong Kong.

Please visit your account overview at Spotify.com to check your current subscription status.

 

If you're account is presented as any other subscription than Premium for students, you can use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details to make sure you don't have a second account made by mistake.
