Unable to verify Student discount

Hi, I recently upgraded to Spotify Premium with student discount. Paid through credit card, the money was taken from the account but I just closed the verification steps and was unable to verify my account. Is there any link so I can submit the info?

P.S. I live in Europe, so sheerID didn't work.

Hey @joaoissocool,

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

So for 48 hours, I can't have spotify premium because I have to wait for the bank to verify that information?

It can take that long for your bank to realise that the charge is just a pending charge and then the money will reappear on your statement.
