Unidays verified student status, but still unable to get discount on spotify

Unidays verified my student status, but after trying to link my unidays account and spotify account, it says the discount is unavailable in my country, but I am attending a college in the US. Spotify (SheerID) still can't verify my status.

That's strange. Do you have a VPN set up? If so, disabling it should help. You can also try doing the process using an incognito window to see if you have any trouble.
