University removed from Eligibility list

My Question or Issue

My university has been removed from the eligibility list for some reason. The help lines at both Spotify and SheerID have been completely unhelpful. How do I get my school added on this list? It is fully accredited and in the United States.

If your college/university doesn’t appear on the list provided, you can request SheerID to get it added. Just fill in this form and SheerID will email you if it’s accepted to the approved list. 

Note: This process can take a minimum of 30 days.
