My Question or Issue

My current card has expired and I'm trying to add a new card to my account but the space where I would enter this information isn't loading.

I don't think it's an Internet problem because I'm able to access other platforms that require Internet connection.

I've been trying for 3 days and it's still the same.

Thank you for reaching out to the Spotify community.

 

We suggest trying again from a different device and preferably a different Internet provider once. You can also give it a shot using an incognito window in your browser to see if the same thing happens there.

Hi, 

This worked in terms of loading the page. Thanks. I tried on another device with a different Internet provider.

When I fill out the information though, it tells me that the payment has failed. I have enough money on my card so I don't know what the problem is now.

Hi,

Firstly, to start troubleshooting this, we would recommend making sure that your payment methods have been issued in the same country as your Spotify account, I would request you to try -Payment troubleshooting steps  once. This can help you with more information and alternatives to be able to process your payment.
