My Question or Issue

 I have applied for student discount for my account. I have received confirming e-mail that I can get the student discount, but the system is still taking 99kr as for full subscription.

hi. i had a suscription for student one year. i lost my credit card and i blocked but when i introduce my new credit card spotify put me in the premium familiar and mi suscrption premium for student was canceled. i dont know why. i had my susccrption student one year and only pass a days when i introduce my new number of my new credit card. and spotify put me in familiar premium. i renoved my suscription for student. but spotify charge me one month for familiar premium. i need help. how i get the refund for this month.
