Verified as a student but charged normal premium price

I renewed my student subscription in april this year however over the last two months i have been charged for normal premium price and when i got to verify again it says i have already redeemed this offer. i have tired re-verifying in a private browser and it also doesnt let me and says i have already redeemed this offer. I spoke to a spotify help person in a chat and they said i didnt verify but it is not letting me re-verify....
