Verified as a student in the wrong country

I'm an Irish student studying in Chile for 5 months. When I arrived in Chile I was informed I had to change my country to Chile in order to continue using spotify. When I signed up for student premium, I did get verified in my Irish University but it won't accept my Irish bank card as the currency is in Chilean Pesos. Furthermore it won't let me change my country back to Ireland. I want to get premium for students but I am unable.

Attached are two pictures. One showing that I am verified as a student, but the currency is in Chilean Pesos. The other picture shows that i do not have the option to change country.
