Why have I been charged $10.99/mo when I have a student discount?

I've been paying $10.99/month for 7 months when I signed up with the student discount. I signed up for Spotify Premium with my student email, for the student discount rate. In March, unknowingly, I began to be charged $10.99/month instead of the half-off rate. I have paid this 7 times, even though I'm still a student and haven't changed my account details. I am entitled to a refund of 7*(10.99-4.99) = 7*(6.00) = $42.00 not including taxes.

The Student Discount is only valid for up to 12 months after you get verified by SheerID. When 12 months expire, you'll have to re-apply otherwise you'll be charged the full price.
