Will my application for the student discount be affected if I buy a premium one right now?

hi yesterday I applied for the student discount, now I know that It can take you around 28 days till they accept you, but I need the premium account asap so I was wondering if I buy the normal premium now, will it affect my application for the student discount? will spotify take that as like I cancelled the student discountand? I'm afraid I  won't the discount if I buy the premium now since I already applied for it, they also already charged me 2.99

Hey @louisismyson,

I don't think that the application will be cancelled when you buy the normal Premium now. When the application gets accepted you should be able to switch to Premium for Student.
