Won't let me sign up for a Studentaccount

I'm a second year student at the Hanze University for applied since in the Netherlands. Unfortunately this isn't confirmed by Spotify (I sended a copie of my class schedule and the confirmation paper that I'm a student at that university). Is there a way that I can get the student account, maybe by sending it somewhere else? Thank you

If you're having trouble signing up for the student discount, you can submit for manual verification (as a head's up, this can take up to 12 hours to process). For more info, check out Spotify Support and SheerID Support. If your school is not listed, you can submit this feedback form to SheerID.
