Ya se realizó mi verificación para premium estudiante pero mi suscripción sigue sin aparecer, ya se realizó el pago por $57.00 correspondientes pero no se ve reflejado en mi aplicación de Spotify.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.


First up, we suggest that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged recently for the student discount. If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end and that's why your subscription stopped.

 

However, if you're sure you've been charged but you don't see it in your receipts it's possible that you have another account in which you've redeemed the discount. We suggest you visit this article to see what you can do to locate your second account. If that's the case, you can reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look at your accounts and further assist you with this.
