My Question or Issue

When trying to renew my student discount, i get the message that "you have already redeemed this offer" on SheerId. I've tried to do it on an incognito window and the same happened, i didn't get any mail from them, i tried changing my email to the one from my institution and nothing, i tried it on the phone, and on pc, yet nothing changes, the 12 months from my previous offer have already ended and i'm currently on the normal premium plan, i've had this offer for a maximum of 2 years so i'm still eligible, so i don't know what the problem is.

Based on what you're describing it's possible that you verified your student discount with SheerID, but never activated the discounted subscription itself. Could you please check all your email addresses, spam folders included and see if the email with the activation link is to be found there? If you still can't find it, we recommend reaching out to SheerID here. Their customer support team will happily help out with the whole verification process, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their systems.

I got my student status verified via sheerID, and got an email to get the student discount. When I opened the link in the email, it said that I have already used the student discount. I have not purchased any premium plan before, so what can be a possibile reason for this error.
