Your last payment didn't work

The payment was successful but its still showing your last payment didn't work

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

I recommend that you double-check your account order history if the payment was successful. If it shows it has failed but it was charged from your payment method, you probably will get a refund and Spotify will try to charge you again is a few days. Don't worry, because you won't lose access to your Premium plan immediately.

I receive an error message when I open my app (after updating my credit card info online after getting a new card recently): "Your last payment didn't work. To keep listening with Premium please renew your subscription online."

However, my credit card has been charged and I already renewed the subscription but now can't access the app with all my playlists, saved songs, etc.
