Hey,

You can use Spotify on the Web player, Desktop/Mobile app on various platforms(such as iPhone);

However you can't use Spotify individually on each devices connected to the same account. So, if you're playing the song 'Axol - Mars' on one device, other devices will show the same song playing. You can't play different songs at the same time; either if you're premium or not.
