i bought a student discount but i havent got it yet

Hi,

Two days ago I decided to purchase spotify premium, I looked up the cheapest possible way to purchase it and a Student Discount came up.I put the name of my high school and purchased it. I accepted by SheerId but when I clicked the link it always says: payment is failed try again and I pay again but it showed me same ways i paid twice. It charged me but I have not recieved the full premium.I am big annoyed by this and it needs to be sorted out!

The discount isn't available for high school students. Since you weren't able to get the discount, the funds should get back to you soon.

For now, you can try signing up to regular Premium from here.
