Renewed Student discount yet still charged the full amount.

My Question or Issue

Last month I noticed that it was my one year anniversary on using the Spotify Student Discount. I noticed that I would be reverse back to the regualr premium charge, however I'm still in school so I renewed my plan. At the time it didn't ask me to login to my school website to confirm so i thought that would be it. It even showed the $4.99 charge for the next month on the payment screen. However I was charged the full amount of $9.99 for the month of June, and this time when I went to change the plan back to the student plan I was asked to login to the school website.

Is there anyway I can go about reversing this?
