i paid for student premium plan 2 times but didn't get the plan

i purchased spotify student premium plan, the amount was deducted from my bank account but i didn't get the premium plan on my account

Since you mentioned you paid 2 times while trying to subscribe to a student plan, there are a couple of things you can check on your side. We'd suggest you:

1. Start off by checking the order history of your account. There, you can take a look at all your charges and make sure everything is in order.
2. It's possible that some of the charges you're seeing in your bank statement are pending. In that scenario, we'd recommend you check their status. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to your bank for further insights.
3. It might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to a different Premium plan. You can check this on your account page: at the top of the page, you'll be able to see the plan you subscribe to.

It's important to make sure you complete the Student verification process. You'll receive an email with the steps to follow to apply the discount on your account. Once the steps are completed, the discount will be applied to your account, so the last step for you is subscribing.
