My Question or Issue:

Just tried to redeem my student discount for premium including the 3 month trial, there was an error using the SheerID and the verification didn't go through. I tried again with filling out the form but it said I already redeemed the discount. Obviously, this isn't the case because I'm still on a free plan. Help?

 

Nevermind, I was sent the SheerID verification email shortly afterwards.
