My Question or Issue

I was emailed saying that my subscription comes with a google home mini. I clicked the link and was told 
We couldn’t confirm your eligibility for a Google Home Mini.

I have a normal student premium account that I made through spotify, with activated hulu and showtime. Why am I unable to get the GHM?

This offer has now ended, and it was only available to Individual Premium subscribers and Premium Family subscribers. 

Could you send me a screenshot of the offer you've been shown? I'll take a look at it for you (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

About an hour ago I recieved an email with (what I am assuming) was an updated link. they have opened the offer to include student accounts!

Sorry, disregard my last reply. Yes, the Google Home Mini Offer is available to students. 

Could you try this using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, could you send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to redeem your Google Home Mini? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
