me cobraron el premium y no lo tengo

me cobraron el premium y no lo tengo

hace una semana intente comprar el plan para estudiantes y cuando llego la confirmacion salio denegada y cheque y me habian cobrado 3 veces, quisiera saber si tendre mi dinero de vuelta?
