me hicieron el cobro de spotify universitarios y mi cuenta sogue diciendo free

Antier vi el anuncio de Spotify universitarios en Mexico y me inscribí, mande un comprobante de horario, decía solo se cobraba cuando se comprobaban los datos, ese día mi banco me aviso del cobro y hoy viernes otra vez me informó de otro cobro (supongo el anterior era el que hacen para precobrar y este ya fue el oficial), mi cuenta sigue siendo free. Añado que hice la cuenta con fb y no me dio correo electrónico asociado.

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
