My subscription was charged on 9.09 and now my account says the next charge is on 28.09, why is this and how can this error be resolved?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

Based on what you mentioned, it's possible that there were issues when trying to take your previous payments on time and it was eventually taken at a later date than usual. You can check your billing date in your Account page here and your receipts here

 

If this isn't the case, or you have any questions, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look at your account and further assist you with this.
