no longer have access to student email, phone logged me off, premium plan

I have Spotify student with Hulu through my old school email (that I no longer have access to), but I continue to pay the student rate as I am still a student, although at a different school. This morning, my phone logged me out of Spotify and a few other apps, and I could not regain access to Spotify and I would like to either regain access to my account or cancel it so that I can start a new one. None of my "normal" passwords worked. Any suggestions?

I have iOS 18.3, and the update was when everything was logged off.

Do you still have access to the account on any device? It is possible, if you still have one, to change your email by following these steps.
