i entered all information about my card and i encountered a warn and i continued to student verification page. but it didnt open. ever. waiting circle kept rolling over and over but page wasnot coming. Then i quited from page and turned back. it was the payment screen again. but prblem is that spotify got its paid from my account when i m not premium yet.

i have made some search about people who could contact to spotify moderators. they said that its yours bank's problem, its payment will be got paid back in a few business day and stafff.i think we should call our banks
