J'ai souscris un abonnement étudiant qui a été validé sur le compte spotify cependant mes prélèvements sont toujours de 9,99 euros ..

 

aidez moi svp 🙂

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
 

Can you let us know if you're trying to start a Student subscription or if you're trying to renew your current one? We'd also need to know what steps you've tried so far and if you get any error messages?
 

@cyriellecoche , Based on what you're describing it's possible that you verified your student discount with SheerID, but never activated the discounted subscription itself. Could you please check all your email addresses, spam folders included and see if the email with the activation link is to be found there? If you can't find it, we recommend reaching out to SheerID here. Their customer support team will happily help out, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their systems.

 

@nace14 , would you mind sending us a more details as well? Did you complete your verification via SheerID?  

We'll be on the lookout for your replies.

i found the old email about the Sheer ID. I dont remember if i did it or not but i confirmed it. i will see if it works for my next payment
