payment taken from me but still I don't have premium

Hello I recently bought student premium and the payment was taken from me. But Spotify said I had to wait for a couple of days to make sure that my student identification was legit. So i decided to try the "one week premium trial" in the mean time. So my trial ended now and Spotify is telling me to buy a premiumship. Uhh I don't know what to do. I want my money back
