premium for students webpage keeps loading

Hi

I am trying to take a premium account for studens from a free account how ever when I click on the page for premium for students the page keeps loading and nothing happens, so I can not fillin my payment details. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies?

Yes I have I have tried that already but doesn't work. If I choose the regular premium and the creditcard options also does not work, however the paypal options does. So i am not sure whether the issue is related to my computer only
