problem with premium student spotify

Good evening,

I just made a request for a student offer except that I got the wrong email address and that validated my request. I made a new request in order to get the offer on the right email address but the SheerID site tells me that I already took advantage of this offer, but this is not the case... I tried to change my email address but it does not work...

How can I do this???? Thank you for your help!

Je viens de faire une demande pour une offre étudiante sauf que je me suis trompée d'adresse mail et ça a validé ma demande. J'ai refais une demande afin d'avoir l'offre sur la bonne adresse email mais le site SheerID me dit que j'ai déjà profité de cette offre, hors ce n'est pas le cas du coup... J'i tenté de faire changer mon compte d'adresse mail mais ça ne fonctionne pas..

Comment est-ce que je peux faire ??? Merci de votre aide !
