My Question or Issue

I can not confirm that I am a university student. The SheerID is not accepting the documents I submit, from the current semester class schedule. This document has my name and the information of the university that I study. Besides that, I used the same document to renew the discount last year and it worked out. Also this time I have sent the school history and the class schedule, have digital university authentication. Also, my university system on the SheerID is not accepting my data, because it seems to be a different system from the one we usually use.

The problem was solved.
