"Discovered a Premium Feature", but I am subscribed??

"Discovered a Premium Feature", but I am subscribed??

When I hit the shuffle feature on my playlist, it doesn't work and I get a pop up saying I "discovered a Premium Feature", but I am subscribed via Spotify Student and checked again, it does say so in my Account info. So why can't I shuffle my playlists??

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

It's possible that you have multiple accounts and you accidentally signed in to one that's on Free. I recommend checking out this article for more info on how to proceed.
