hola buenas noches

esta tarde me he dado de alta en spotify premium de estudiantes, he dado mis datos bancarios y he enviado mis documentos universitarios. Me ha llegado un correo donde me ponia  que habían verificado mis estudios con lo cual tenía ''spotify premium a solo unos clics''. Me daban un linc que me llevaba a mi cuenta pero me pone que no tengo contratado ningun premium y sigo teniendo el free, eso sí LOS 4,99€ YA SE HAN COBRADO. Qué puedo hacer

Are you able to see the status of the charge? If the payment shows as pending, it means it didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

No, the charge has been done, and there's no way to unsuscribe because it doesn't exist any suspriction. What can I do?

If you were charged for Spotify, but your account is still Free, try checking if you have other Spotify accounts. I suggest following the steps on this page to see if the subscription is on a different account.

In case you only have one account but you can't use the Premium features, try reinstalling Spotify on your device. This usually helps.
