Hello, 

I wanted to apply a student discount but while i was uploading my  student document i couldn't use SheerID and i coulndt become a premium also my money taken from my card . How can solce this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

If you're having any trouble with the page when signing up for the discount, we suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window.

 

Since the student discount wasn't verified, the payment you see should remain as pending on your bank statement, which just means that the funds were put on hold when you entered your card details, and will go back to your account soon.

 

For all the information about pending charges, you can contact your bank.

I send my studen my studen sertificate but they dont accept I send again but I dont still get answer also already taken payment my credit card how can I get re-payment ? or student premium?

I tryed to apply for the student discount and it did not let me!! It charged my card two times!! And it took the money out of my account it is not pending they took out 12 dollars? How would i get my money back since the student discount did not work?

If the system isn't accepting your student details, we suggst contacting SheerID. They're in charge of validating your student information, so they can further assist you.

 

@Jelly_6238 if the payment doesn't show as pending on your bank Statement, and you're sure the payment went through, make sure you don't have other accounts following this troubleshooting.

 

If you don't have any other accounts, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
