I bought a student discount for my account, when the "student document is verified" from spotify mail, i clicked the link and in this mail, there is no payment, says. I tried 3 times to pay this amount but it does not confirm it. But when I say my credit card extre, spotify take this amount 3 times. I will upload the screenshot about the topic, the bank gave me the provision codes of the payments. By the way, my spotify account still shows FREE. please help me to using my spotify account with student discount and give me the payments which are more.

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
