recently lost my debit card. tried to switch my information but my school wont verify that im a student there. IM being charged the 9.99 price. I recently verified my status and im owed at least 9 more months of my student price. what to do?

Do you have any trouble getting verified if you sign up for the discount using an incognito window? You can also try getting manually verified here.
