My Question or Issue

I tried to change my subscription from Free to PremiumStudent. When I click on the link on the official Spotify page I am redirected to a page that says 'the page was not found' and that they no longer exist.

I would just like to know whether PremiumStudent does no longer exist or what else the problem is.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

The Premium Student is a discounted subscription available in selected countries. If the link is showing you a page that doesn't exist, most likely you're located in a country that doesn't have the discount available or you have a different country registered in your account.

So in this case, we'd recommend updating your country settings by following the steps mentioned in this article and disabling any VPN that may change your location to see if it makes any difference. Keep in mind that you'll need to use a payment method issued in the same country you're located in. 

If the page still shows the same error after updating the country of your account, it means that the Premium Student subscription is not yet available on your market.
