My Question or Issue

I have been using student plan for more than a year and a few months ago, I updated my student verification and it went well. But now I have an email that says we cannot get payment or like that. I checked and I see that my plan is individual premium. I tried to verify that I am a student but it says "You have already redeemed this offer." I want to go back to student plan because I am a student.

Please check this FAQ for what to do, depending on the error message you're getting.

 

If you've renewed your student discount for this year, you need to update the payment method on your account in order to get the discounted price.
