Download one song at a time

Is there a way to download one song at a time instead of downloading the whole playlist . And can the download go to my phone music player

It's currently not possible to download individual songs from playlists and albums. What you can do is use your Liked Songs as a way to download individual songs. When your Liked Songs are downloaded, every new song you mark liked will also be downloaded. You can do the same with a playlist too, but Liked Songs might make it even easier with less clicks to do.

Music downloaded for offline listening will only be visible for the Spotify app.

I miss the option to download individual songs without having to like them or add them to a playlist.

According to the Spotify Stars quiz, you should be able to download individual songs by clicking the three dots next to the song, then clicking download.  I don't see the download button.
