Password reset email

I’m subscribed to a family plan.  Last night my daughter who is on the plan got logged out. She can’t log back in cause she doesn’t remember her password. She requested a password reset email and it never comes (yes she’s checked junk mail) This morning I contacted Spotify through chat and he reset the email to a different email address. Sent the password reset email to the new email address, nothing. So he changed it to a different email address, where we again sent the password reset email, and again nothing. At this point he asked for another email we could use. We’d already tried 2 and at this point I had somewhere to be and had spent about 45 minutes on chat for no resolution. I told her to give it some time and maybe it would come through. It’s been 4 hours and nothing. 

At this point I’m looking for any kind of help at all. What can be done if we never get the password reset email?
