Per-user fee distribution (fairer monetization)

My subscription fee should be distributed among the artists _I_ listen to. If during this month, I listened to 5 artists only, then my monthly subscription fee should be divided between those 5 artists only. It pains me to know that my subscription fee goes to artists I never listen to. Thus, my proposal is to calculate the fee distribution individually for each _user_, in contrast to calculating it per number of streams for each artist (or variations of that).

Of course, there might be further variations, like adding weights to the distribution: pay more to unknown artists that I listened to, put some money for supporting other artists (I never listen to), etc.
